Triangle Refrigeration Co.
has formed a new division focused on residential customers, the Manheim
Township-based company announced last week.
The new division, called
Triangle Home HVAC, was formed to help Triangle grow its residential customer
base, according to Dave Neslund, president of Triangle.
Triangle already provides
heating and air conditioning services to both commercial and residential
clients, as well as commercial refrigeration and energy management services.
The new division is designed to clarify for people that Triangle doesn’t just work
with other businesses, Neslund said.
“I think most people probably
identify Triangle Refrigeration with refrigeration, heating and cooling
solutions for commercial operations like grocery stores, hospitals, restaurants
and other businesses, and that’s reasonable given the name of the company,”
Neslund said. “I believe Triangle Home HVAC helps clearly define a distinct and
important part of our business.”
Triangle’s serves residential
customers within about 20 or 30 miles of its Lancaster County headquarters. Its
commercial market stretches throughout Pennsylvania and into surrounding
states.
Triangle has seen steady
growth over the past three years, with an estimated annual revenue of $23
million in 2013, $24 million in 2014 and $26 million to close out 2015, its
biggest year ever, founder Cleo Weaver shared with the Central Penn Business
Journal in a May interview.
The company’s fiscal year
ends in April.
