Reshaping Philadelphia: What real estate projects are in the works

Over the last several months, we have written about different projects that have either been announced or at various stages of completion.

Here are a dozen developments that are leaving a lasting imprint on Center City and University City, as well as neighborhoods such as Northern Liberties and Kensington.

Some of the projects are large, such as 3737 Chestnut St. and 1919 Market St., while others are more subtle but leave a lasting impression such as the façade lighting of the Lit Brothers building and the Philadelphia Parking Authority's garage at 8th and Filbert streets.

Check out our gallery to see the improvements, progress and advancements.
