South Jersey terminals get $5 million for rail upgrades



The South Jersey Port Corp. has been awarded a $5 million grant by the N.J. Transportation Department to upgrade railroad facilities at the Camden and Paulsboro marine terminals on the Delaware River, state officials announced Tuesday.
