Sapling Co. has acquired a 65,000-square-foot Warminster
industrial building to serve as the synchronized clock producer's new
headquarters and manufacturing site, according to Bensalem-based Roddy Inc.,
which helped broker the sale.
Sapling paid $3.2 million for the building on 3.7 acres
of land, with plans to invest more than $1.2 million in improvements, Roddy
said in a release on Wednesday.
The company expects within three years to be employing 43
