Radnor Property Group is scheduled to officially break
ground on its next University City project, a $55 million mixed-use development
on Drexel University’s campus.
A formal ground breaking of the project called Vue32 is
scheduled for May 11.
The 16-story, 175,000-square-foot mixed-use development
tower at 3201 Race St. will have 164 market-rate apartments and an early
learning center that can accommodate 180 children. In addition, the development
includes a community plaza, underground parking, and a fitness center, game
room, library, communal gourmet kitchen and a rooftop deck.
Radnor Property recently completed 3737 Chestnut, a $97
million, 25-story tower in University City that sits next to the University of
Pennsylvania’s campus. It has 276 apartments geared toward graduate students
and young professionals.
Vue32 is scheduled to be completed by next spring.
