Harrisburg-based Alexander Building Construction Co.,
part of Butz Enterprises Inc., based in Allentown, recently completed a $7.5
million expansion of the operating suite at Williamsport Regional Medical
Center in Lycoming County.
The project included interior fit-out of more than 25,000
square feet of space. Alexander built three new operating rooms, four
laboratories and a 33-bed pre-operative and post-anesthesia care unit.
There also is a physicians' lounge and on-call room.
Williamsport Regional Medical Center is an affiliate
hospital of Susquehanna Health.
