The Graham Co. has renewed its 76,812-square-foot lease
for another 10 years at the Center City office building that bears its name,
according to SSH Real Estate, which represented the insurance brokerage and
consulting firm in the deal.
Graham had several years left on its existing lease at
the at 30 S. 15th St. building, but opted to renew now in anticipation of
rising rents and shrinking inventory, SSH said in a release on Wednesday.
The company will receive up-front tenant improvement
dollars from the building's owner to renovate its space as part of the
agreement, SSH said.
