ABC of Southeastern Pennsylvania names New Chapter executive: Congratulations Joe Perpiglia!

Effective immediately Joe Perpiglia will be the ABC Eastern Pa. Chapter's President & CEO. Come to the Board Inauguration Dinner tomorrow to congratulate him!
