JBGR Retail, the Chevy Chase, Md., developer constructing
the King of Prussia Town Center, has added LA Fitness, REI, and Road Runner
Sports to its roster of tenants.
Among the other tenants that have signed on to occupy
space at the 260,000-square-foot development under construction include a
series of restaurants including Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar, which
leased 6,500 square feet, and Old Town Pour House, which took 7,700 square feet.
REI will be in a two-story, 34,000-square-foot store, LA
Fitness will occupy 45,000 square feet, and Road Runner Sports will be in 6,000
square feet.
The developer had earlier noted that Nordstrom Rack and
ULTA Beauty would be tenants at the center.
Next Tuesday, Simon Property Group is scheduled to
announce some of the new tenants that have leased space in the King of Prussia
Mall’s existing and expansion space.
Some of the new tenants that have already been disclosed
include: Primark, a discount retailer that will occupy some of the former Sears
space; Stilettos, which is a shoe boutique; Uno de 50, a Spanish jewelry store,
Yogibo, a beanbag store.
