Keystone Property Group relocates its headquarters

Keystone Property Group has moved into 125 E. Elm St. in Conshohocken, Pa.

Keystone Property Group has relocated its headquarters to a building it recently bought in Conshohocken, Pa.

The company acquired late last year 125 E. Elm St., a 41,413-square-foot office property that it has renamed SORA. Keystone occupies 15,000 square feet. It had been in roughly 7,500 square feet at One Presidential Blvd. in Bala Cynwyd, Pa., another building it owns.

The private real estate company had out grown its Bala Cynwyd space and was spread over two buildings. That wasn't an ideal set up and the company wanted its employees in one location.

"We had grown," said Rich Gottlieb, senior vice president at Keystone. "This opportunity presented itself and it's good to be under one roof."

Fifty Keystone employees have moved into the new space. Live Nation leased the space it vacated in Bala Cynwyd.

Keystone had been in Conshohocken before it moved about eight years ago to Bala Cynwyd. The company has a major mixed-use project in the works in Conshohocken. Its plans include redeveloping a firehouse as well as constructing a 200-room hotel and 300,000-square-foot office building.
