PA General Assembly introduces Freedom of Employment Act.
PA House of Representatives refers “Right to Work” legislation to the Committee on Labor and Industry [House] – April 30, 2013
In six separate pieces of legislation, the PA House of Representatives introduced various pieces of legislation yesterday in favor of creating Right to Work provisions within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. They will give workers the right to decide where they work and what organizations they join. The proposals will prohibit compulsory unionism and make Pennsylvania a Right To Work state. Busy day! Interesting times ahead in the legislature!
Recipients of the Gregory Legislative Affairs Subscription Service (GLASS Report) will receive a full update this morning
