The Department of Labor’s Office of Labor-Management
Standards (OLMS) is presenting an overview of the Forms LM-10 and LM-20
persuader reporting requirements, pursuant to the recently published persuader final rule. More information on the persuader reporting
requirements is available on the OLMS employer-consultant reporting page.
The event will be held in the Department’s Frances Perkins Building, Cesar
Chavez Auditorium, on Thursday, May 26, from 2-4 p.m. EDT. It is open to
all interested individuals, although space is limited to 250
participants. Group registration is not available; each attendee must
