JBS Souderton workers reject union

Employees at JBS Souderton, a beef processing and rendering plant in Franconia, have voted against joining the Teamsters union.

Seventy-nine of 85 eligible drivers and fleet mechanics voted Wednesday. Thirty-two favored joining Teamsters Local 830, but 47 voted against unionizing, said union vice president Glenn Fulcher. Read more here…
