Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital is a member of Main
Line Health, which has a clinical alliance with Wilmington-based Nemours.
The center, being built on Baltimore Pike near Brinton
Lake Road in Concord Township, will also have a medically integrated fitness
and wellness center that will have saltwater filtered pools including a 25-yard
lap pool, a therapy pool, a spa pool, steam rooms and saunas.
Main Line Health is opening the center to serve growing
communities in western Delaware County, eastern Chester County and northern
Delaware.
The Concordville area, because of its population surge,
has led other health systems — including Crozer-Keystone Health System,
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Christiana Care Health System — to
build health centers in the region.
