DenTech Inc. is in the midst of a major renovation of the
former Four Seasons Produce building at 1975 N. Reading Road in East Cocalico
Township.
The company purchased the 50,000-square-foot facility
earlier this year from a "local consortium of municipal owners," the
Lancaster County Economic Development Co. said in a news release.
DenTech, formed in 1976, designs and fabricates
dust-collection and air-filtration systems. Once the renovations are complete,
Dentech plans to relocate its headquarters from 208 E. Main St. in Brownstown.
The Lancaster County EDC is assisting with financing for
the project with a $1.4 million SBA 504 loan to complement Susquehanna Bank's
senior loan, the release said.
