Construction of the second and third buildings in the
Oregon Pike Professional Center is complete, developer LMS Commercial Real
Estate said Wednesday.
Stewart & Tate Construction of York broke ground on
the facilities in June.
The $1.3 million project involved a 7,800-square-foot
office building for Lancaster Family Practice Associates and a
5,700-square-foot office building that’s available for lease.
Financing was provided by Integrity Bank.
The 1611 Oregon Pike site, opposite the Lancaster
Shopping Center, formerly was the site of Oregon Manor, an 11-acre wooded
property. The tract featured a stately three-story house built in the early
1900s.
The first new building constructed in the center was the
8,000-square-foot Patient First urgent care facility. It opened in March 2013.
The site still has room for a pair of 16,000-square-foot office buildings.
