Serfass Construction of North Whitehall Township completed
the 10,000-square-foot fit-out for FamilyWize, a company that moved into vacant
space in an office building on Spillman Drive in Bethlehem in Lehigh Valley
Industrial Park VII.
FamilyWize Community Partnership Inc. is a company that
partners with United Way Worldwide to offer-free prescription drug cards to
people in need.
The fit-out included minor demolition and took 60 days to
complete, said Matthias Fenstermacher, vice president of Serfass.
“It was a high-end fit-out, with open ceilings, glass for
all the office spaces,” Fenstermacher said.
Meyer Design Inc. of Ardmore served as the architect for the
project.
Aside from FamilyWize, other tenants in the LVIP office
building include Spillman Farmer Architects and HDR Inc., an engineering firm.
Fusion Logistics, a company headquartered in Dallas, Texas,
is expected to move into the building in August. At that time, the office
building would be 75 percent filled, said Kerry Wrobel, president of Lehigh
Valley Industrial Park Inc.
