Coordinated Health is looking to build a new health care campus on 10 acres it bought in Lopatcong Township, N.J.
The hospital network plans to build the site at the former
home of Avantor Performance Materials at 222 Red School Lane, said Heather
Coyle, chief marketing officer for Coordinated Health.
The new campus will consolidate with Coordinated Health’s
existing clinic at 123 Roseberry St., Phillipsburg, and include medical
offices, physical therapy, an imaging suite and a primary care walk-in clinic
with care on demand.
The company will present its final site plan submission to
Lopatcong Township on June 25 and ideally break ground on the project in the
fall, Coyle said.
She said it would offer services in musculoskeletal, women’s
health, medical cardiology and primary care. She did not cite a cost to build
the facility.
Coordinated Health bought the property in October 2013
through its real estate division, Macada Properties, Coyle said.
