Serfass Construction Co. of North Whitehall Township is
wrapping up construction of a $4 million tenant fit-out for Kids Quest and
Cyber Quest in The Outlets at Sands Bethlehem inside Sands Casino Resort.
Construction work should finish with a soft opening planned for June 17.
The project consists of fitting out about 16,000 square feet
of space on the lower level of the shopping complex of the retail mall.
Kids Quest is a supervised hourly play facility for children
ages 6 weeks through 12 years and includes a multipurpose gym, rock climbing
wall, Apple iPad stations and karaoke stage. Cyber Quest is a family-friendly
arcade for all ages.
Serfass completed several construction projects for The
Outlets at Sands, including Joli Bakery and Café, European Body Concepts Spa
& Wellness, Limited Editions Eccoci Collection and the Event Center,
adjacent to the mall.
