National Penn is bringing 275 jobs in Downtown Allentown, where it will occupy floors six through 11 of Two City Center.
The company will have a phased move-in process between now and May and some National Penn employees have already begun moving in over the weekend, said Jackie Bingaman, spokeswoman for National Penn.
Last week, Downtown Allentown's City Center Investment Corp. formed City Center Management Co. to oversee $300 million in the investment group's assets and property services. The building is now fully leased.
Tenants in the 11-story Class A tower include Lehigh Gas Partners, Air Products & Chemicals Inc. and Cenduit.
NorthStar Construction Management Inc. built the site and served as the construction management firm for the project. Demolition began in October 2012 of a smaller office building where Two City Center now stands.
