Members of the Whistleblower Protection
Advisory Committee will meet March 11 at the Labor Department's Frances
Perkins Building in Washington, D.C. In conjunction with the full committee
meeting, work groups will meet to discuss Section 11(c), transportation
industry issues, and industry best practices on March 10.
WPAC is comprised of twelve voting members,
representing management, labor, State OSH Plan states, and the public.
Non-voting members include representatives from three Federal Government
agencies that have jurisdiction over statutes with whistleblower provisions.
