Urban Outfitters is planning a pricey expansion right here in Philadelphia.

State government officials say the company is planning a $200 million project.
Urban Outfitters will grow its Philadelphia headquarters at the Navy Yard and add an east coast distribution center in Central Pennsylvania.
Expansion is expected to bring 2500 new jobs, more than doubling its Pennsylvania workforce.
The company will be eligible for tax breaks through the Keystone Opportunity Zone program
