A partnership consisting of two New York firms has put 1500 Spring Garden St. in Philadelphia under agreement for an estimated $185 million.
Nightingale Properties along with Carlton Associates Inc. are reportedly the two entities making a run at buying the 12-story, 1.1-million-square-foot office building. The property was put up for sale this summer and Jones Lang LaSalle is marketing it for sale.
The building is 88 percent leased to tenants including Day & Zimmermann, CBS Broadcasting and Stantec Architecture Inc.
