Upscale apartments coming to Lancaster County fall 2017




More apartments are coming to Lancaster County.

Construction activity started this week on an apartment complex in East Lampeter Township, High Construction Co. said Thursday.

High Construction received a $12.4 million contract from its sister company, High Associates Ltd., to build The Reserve at Greenfield on Pitney Road, a news release said.


High Construction and High Associates are part of East Lampeter Township-based The High Companies.

The Reserve will be a 107,000 square foot L-shaped apartment building with 82 units between four stories. Under the building will be 23 garages, all with elevator access.

The units will have one-, two- and three-bedroom layout options, and other amenities will include things such as security keycard access, a fitness center with a yoga studio, a spa and grooming area for pets and footpaths.

The Reserve should be complete by September 2017, a news release said.
