Harrisburg-based Alexander Building Construction Co.,
part of Butz Enterprises Inc., based in Allentown, recently overhauled a bank
property in Centre County to build a medical office for Mount Nittany Health.
The Mount Nittany Health-Penns Valley
building allows Mount Nittany Health to expand its primary care offerings.
Alexander renovated the
existing bank building, which was nearly 4,400 square feet. It then built an
addition totaling more than 7,300 square feet, with a new adjacent bank located
off to the side of the main medical facility.
The project took about six months. The cost of construction
was not disclosed.
