Kinsley lands Hamilton Crossings construction job

Kinsley Construction Inc., which has an office in Wyomissing, said it has been awarded the contract to build four multitenant buildings in the $140 million Hamilton Crossings Center in Trexlertown.

The 207,000-square-foot project is expected to include such tenants as Whole Foods, Costco, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Target and others.

Hamilton Crossings is being developed by the limited partnership of The Goldenberg Group of Blue Bell and TCH Realty and Development of New York, N.Y.

Developers Jeremy Fogel of the Goldenberg Group in Blue Bell and Tim Harrison of TCH Development of Staten Island, N.Y., are the main principals behind the venture.

They have previously stated that the project will bring 495 construction jobs and, after the center opens, 619 full-time jobs and about 300 part-time jobs,

The developers plan to open the shopping complex in July.
