Gulph Creek Development has broken ground on a 115-unit
Home2 Suites by Hilton extended-stay hotel in Downingtown, the Wayne-based
builder said in a release on Monday.
The hotel, which will be located in the Ashbridge Commons
Center on East Lancaster Avenue, is slated to open by early August 2016. Gulph
Creek Hotels, an affiliate of Gulph Creek Development, will manage the
property.
