The Stonybrook Shopping Center, a neighborhood center in
Springettsbury Township, was sold Thursday for $3.6 million, according to
Bennett Williams Realty Inc.
The nearly 64,000-square-foot neighborhood center is anchored
by a Food Lion. It sits on more than 10 acres in the 3600 block of East Market
Street.
Maryland-based Stonybrook LLC sold the center. The buyer
is Spring City Shopping Center LLC, based in the Philadelphia area.
The center was 67 percent occupied at the time of the
sale, according to Bennett Williams.
