Midstate construction company Stewart & Tate Inc. is
renovating facilities for two automotive businesses in York County.
The York company started work on a renovation project at
Apple BMW of York in April and expects to be done in September. Stewart &
Tate spokesman Taylor Gingerich said Apple BMW has asked the project cost not
be disclosed.
The 6,800-square-foot project at the dealership includes
reconfiguring office spaces, upgrading interior finishes in the showroom and
service center, and adding a new exterior facade.
Gingerich also said work at Nello Tire that started in
November is expected to be complete in July.
He said Stewart & Tate is building an addition of
about 15,000 feet at the Springettsbury Township tire store but did not
disclose the project cost.
