A partnership involving the Goldenberg Group broke ground
on a $140 million retail project called Hamilton Crossings Shopping Center in
Lower Macungie, Pa.
The 565,000-square-foot development will sit on 70 acres
between Hamilton Boulevard and the Route 22 Bypass at Krocks Road. It will be
anchored by Target, Costco Wholesale Club and Whole Foods. Other tenants will
include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy, Rally House, Five
Below, Designer Shoe Warehouse, Pier 1 Imports and Ulta Cosmetics.
Hamilton Crossings is one of the largest retail developments
underway in the state and is scheduled to open July 2016.
Goldenberg Group, based in Blue Bell, Pa., is doing the
project with TCH Development, which is in Staten Island, N.Y.
