We are currently looking to place an experienced Project Management Professional that is interested in pursuing opportunities within Real Estate, Property Management and Owners Representative Project Management positions in the region.

Our candidate has experience working as an owner’s representative and extensive knowledge of buildings and systems and is a valuable asset to organizations in Pre-design through occupancy, acquisition and due diligence.

Experienced working with architects, engineers, construction managers and property managers during acquisition, development and property management as well as constructing and renovating all types of buildings in Philadelphia suburbs and Philadelphia and extensive Construction Management experience.

Education:

Drexel University: Pursuing BS in Construction Management with Real Estate Minor.

CCIM Introduction course completed.

Construction Management Certificates.

Real Estate Financial Modeling Certificate course work.

Candidate’s current Licenses and Registrations:

NJ Real Estate License.

LEED Accredited Professional credential.

Certified Document Technologist credential.

Certified Construction Contract Administrator credential.

Associate Value Specialist.
