New Jersey-based Woodmont Industrial Partners and CBRE
Group Inc. will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 11 for one of the new
buildings at Capital Logistics Center, a six-building industrial park near
Harrisburg International Airport that Woodmont acquired through a joint venture
and then redeveloped.
In December, Woodmont said
it had secured nearly $33 million in financing to complete the overhaul of the
Lower Swatara Township complex, which it bought for $27.8 million in 2013.
Woodmont demolished two buildings to make way for
construction of two Class A warehouse facilities totaling about 530,000 square
feet. Construction began over the summer.
The six buildings will total about 1.5 million square
feet when fully completed.
