ON MODULAR: Hampton by Hilton Bristol to be Hilton Worldwide's first UK modular hotel
GMCS Editorial: With the modules being produced in China, factory financing direct to developers and shipped to the UK, have we finally figured out how to outsource construction? Imagine the future of casual concept restaurants construction and smaller box stores in the US if this model is deployed here. Oh how times they are a changing.
Hilton Worldwide has announced plans to build its first hotel in the UK using a modular construction technique.
