Bennett Williams Realty has sold the Kurtz Center, a
12,000-square-foot retail and office complex in Upper Leacock Township,
Lancaster County.
The multitenant property along West Main Street was sold
for $390,000, according to Lancaster County deed records.
The buyer was listed as GFY of Collier County I LLC, a
Florida-based company with a mailing address in Leola. That address traces back
to Premier Properties Management and Calabrese Good Architects.
John Calabrese, a partner in the LLC, said it's an
investment purchase and that no changes are planned.
According to the LoopNet listing, the owners were
retiring and wanted to sell the property. E. Lester and Rebecca Siegrist owned
the property, built in 1960.
