Florida developer Glenn Straub’s deal to buy Atlantic
City’s Revel Casino Hotel is back on — this time for $82 million and with a
definitive closing date of March 31, according to a court filing Tuesday.
The tentative agreement leaves key issues such as how
Straub will deal with the companies that have unexpired leases to operate
nightclubs, restaurants, and stores in the property, but it renews the
possibilty that the $2.4 billion casino has a future.
