Passing of Kemel Dawkins, Sr. – Highly Accomplished Construction Industry Professional and Recognized Advocate for the Development of the Minority Business Community in Philadelphia

It is with sadness that we have received news of the untimely passing of Mr. Kemel Dawkins, Sr.  He was the founder and owner of Kemrodco Development; he was a recognized West Philadelphia businessman, an industry recognized constructor and a publicly celebrated individual for his extraordinary service and dedication to the development of the minority business community in Philadelphia.  His contributions on this earth impacted many and his legacy shall live on through those lives that he touched along the way.  God speed.
