MEMORANDUM

Posted: December 2, 2014 02:03 PM
From:   Senator Lloyd Smucker
To:       All Senate members

Subject: Amending Prevailing Wage Thresholds

In the near future, I plan to re-introduce SB 272, which would amend the Prevailing Wage Act.

The legislation would raise the monetary threshold to which public project would be obligated to apply mandatory prevailing wage rates.

This change would increase the threshold from $25,000 per project to $200,000.

 Introduced as SB350
