Philadelphia area favorite Wawa is moving forward with
plans to expand its Delaware County headquarters.
As part of the plan, four new buildings would be built on
Wawa’s 26-acre Red Roof corporate campus along Baltimore Pike.
The new digs would include additional office space, and
would allow more than 200 employees now working in space at the nearby former
site of the Franklin Mint to work out of the main campus, reported the Delaware
County Times.
Chester Heights Borough Council approved the expansion
plan last week.
