Malvern Borough will receive $160,000 for a project meant to improve pedestrian access for riders at the SEPTA Regional Rail Station, including upgrading traffic signals, and installing sidewalks and overhead street signs.

A retail company, Urban Outfitters Inc., will get $1.5 million to convert vacant property in Devon near a SEPTA station into a a shopping center with restaurants, a wellness facility or exercise studio space, and a resort.
