Frost Development Co. has acquired a property in Northern Liberties and plans to construct a multifamily complex on the site.

The Blue Bell, Pa., developer bought a vacant 9,312-square-foot building at 413 Green St. for $1.58 million from JCB Properties. Plans, already signed off by the zoning board of adjustment, call for tearing down the existing structure to make way for building 10 residences – four on Green Street and six on Wallace Street. KJO Architecture designed the project.

The building has no historic value and was last used by a specialty printing company.

Michael Barmash of Colliers International represented the seller while Steve Jeffries of Precision Realty Group represented the buyer in the transaction.
