Kislak brokers nearly $42M in Pa. property transactions

The Kislak Company, Inc., announced Tuesday that it has brokered the sales of three multifamily properties in eastern Pennsylvania for a total of $41.73 million.

Two Lancaster properties, the 208-unit Belair Townhomes and the 60-unit Mayfair Manor Apartments at Grandview, were sold together for a combined $31.13 million.

In a separate transaction, the 85-unit Auburn Station in Allentown sold for $10.6 million.

The Woodbridge-based firm’s president, Robert Holland, represented the sellers and purchasers in both transactions.

“The central and eastern Pennsylvania market is very hot for both buyers and sellers,” Holland said in a prepared statement. “It was a good time for the sellers to sell, given the premium pricing. It was also a good time for the buyers to buy, given the growth potential amid low interest rates with an eye toward long-term holds.”

Neither the buyers nor the sellers were disclosed.
