A $125 million, 300-guest room Hudson Hotel has been
proposed for a property at 17th and Chancellor Sts. (the Little Pete's corner)
in Center City, under an ordinance proposed by City Councilman Kenyatta
Johnson, says Dave Schultz of DAS Architects, in a statement that also promised
"exciting food and beverage options" with "panoramic views"
and two stories of shops.

Schultz's firm also designed the Granary Apartments in
the Franklin Town neighborhood, and the Reeds at Shelter Haven in Stone Harbor,
