is assisting a reputable search firm in placing a Senior Project
Manager/Project Executive with an established, respected mid-size union
CM/GC that has an existing presence in PA and is looking to expand their
presence in the Philadelphia marketplace. Interested candidates must be
able to lead the organizations' efforts in assisting with business development,
planning & execution of projects, maintaining a presence at industry
events, development and maintenance of key relationships with architects,
engineers and the sub contracting community all in the pursuit projects.
Qualified candidates will be responsible for leading a strong team here in
Philadelphia.
