King of Prussia buildings get facelift

RedGo Development plans to invest more than $1 million to upgrade the exterior of the Continental Business Center in King of Prussia, Pa.
RedGo bought the five-building, 105,000-square-foot complex at 1006 W. 9th Ave. in 2003. The project involves taking off the existing cedar exterior and installing manufactured insulated exterior systems. The panels will have an oyster shell white finish with raised architectural corners that will be brown. In addition, the exterior will be illuminated along with the entrance canopies and sunshades.
Fidelity Commercial Real Estate leased 2,875 square feet at the complex and relocated from 216 Mall Blvd. in King of Prussia. Fidelity will oversee leasing the buildings.
